ProVia is a premier builder of entry doors and replacement windows. They were looking for a partner that could create custom curved components for transom windows of any size and profile. We developed a process that allowed them to streamline parallel production paths of multiple components for precise assembly, thereby cutting production time. Our curved wood & poly transom assemblies are part of every curved window that ProVia builds.

NuCamp

nuCamp is an RV manufacturer that offers a variety of unique camper trailers. They were in need of curved plywood panels and doors for the interior of their campers. The panels had to be lightweight to help keep the overall towing weight down, while being strong enough to stand up to the rigors of an adventurous lifestyle, including large swings in temperature and humidity. We worked with nuCamp to develop custom panels that met their requirements.
