Accurate designs are imperative to precision-manufactured parts. The first step in working with us is to clearly define your design requirements, and provide us with your specifications. We can accept a number of file formats, but generally prefer .DWG or .DXF files

After reviewing the design file, our team will determine the best process for manufacturing. We have a variety of capabilities that allow us to adapt to your requirements.

If needed, we can assist in the Research and Development phase of design.

Once prototypes have been created, we provide them to you for testing and feedback. If you require any changes to the component, we make the appropriate revisions and go back to Step 3. We continue in this cycle until you are satisfied with the results.

Upon completion of revisions, we require your approval to move forward with the first production run of your custom wood component.

Your final production piece(s) will be delivered to you in a timely manner. You can be certain that the items will be within your specified tolerances. We pride ourselves in developing precision parts, and processes that deliver repeatable results. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.
